based ministry that seeks to meet people’s spiritual needs along
with their overwhelming physical needs. We strive to be a resource
to and for the community, to be Biblically based, and to reach
one person at a time.
Why We Are Here Matthew 28:19-20(And
Jesus came and said to them, "All
authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore
and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name
of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching
them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember,

The Omaha Baptist Center (OBC)is a North American Mission Board Inner City Mission site provided by God and owned by the Eastern Nebraska Baptist Association (ENBA) of the Southern Baptist Convention. The ministries at OBC are funded and volunteer staffed through ENBA, individual churches and families, and other Cooperative Program churches. It provides a home for three congregations: New Life Christian Fellowship (Multi-ethnic English), Primera Iglesia Bautista (Spanish) and Church
of Faith (Arabic).
In additionto weekly worship services OBC provides:
An opportunity for education, fellowship, and care.
Weekly Bible clubs for children, youth and adults.
A place at Jesus’ table of grace.
Vacation Bible School throughout the summer.
Ministry opportunities for those seeking to do God’s will.
